Personal backup automation for livin103.xyz
thecube Sync is a private, single-user application that runs on my home server (livin103.xyz). It copies already-encrypted backup snapshots from the server to my own Google Drive account as an off-site disaster-recovery copy.
It uses the Google Drive API for exactly one purpose: reading and writing a single folder that only this application and I can see, containing opaque, client-side-encrypted backup chunks. The application is built on the open-source tool rclone, configured privately for my own account.
One user: me. It is not published, distributed, or available to anyone else, and no other Google account can grant it access.
